My family and I were introduced to Irina by our immigration lawyer in January 2025. Irina herself is a former immigration lawyer, therefore she has all the expertise concerning immigration. I was able to talk to her extensively about certain immigration related questions.

Irina presented us several high-end projects that were located across the country. After the presentations, she immidiately created direct contact to the Managers of the projects we were interested in so that we could ask them about more specific information.

Irina visits the projects herself on a regular basis to update the building process and documents the projects for her clients. Irina’s clients have the opportunity to visit the projects in person as well.

Irina and her team are very customer oriented and are very responsive during the whole EB-5 process. They try to make their clients' lives easier by taking care of most of the work. Basically the client has to choose a project, the rest will be taken care of by Irina and her team.

The application process took 3 to 5 months.
