As licensed investment brokers, our compensation is paid by the regional center from the EB-5 project’s administrative fee. We do not charge investors a separate advisory or consulting fee for any of our due diligence, project analysis, or consulting services. That means investors receive our guidance and expertise at no additional cost.

Our team is led by Irina Rostova, an award-winning Top EB-5 immigration attorney with over a decade of experience in the EB-5 industry. Irina began her career as an EB-5 immigration attorney, founding her own firm and assisting over 700 immigrant investor families. She has since expanded her role to work as an EB-5 investment broker, conducting due diligence for regional center offerings and helping investors select suitable projects.
